Pros

Only good for those who are (most important) marathi, don't want to work much, keep on sitting and waiting for time to pass by so that their experience would grow and eventually they will get promotions to reach the same higher management which is good for nothing today and will be good for nothing tomorrow. Now you know what type of people are forming the higher management and why they are SKILL-LESS couch potatoes.

Cons

- Pathetic/paralyzed/waste higher management, not capable of bringing enough work to grow. - No growth to internal talent & when it is raised and talent moves out, two donkeys are hired for a horse. This gives less cost and more billing. - Its a service model for product based firms, so all good work they keep (mostly) and garbage and monotonous work comes in your plate. - Complete decision making is with client, so you get no scope to apply your innovation, design skills. - They are trying to streamline appraisals, but will not succeed until they stop giving (crying) QUOTA excuses to top performers and eventually giving them B\C band where as they deserve A\B. - Due to these lethargic management practices major accounts are closing. - No corporate culture. everyone is fond of and speaking in marathi, even in meetings even with client where possible. - HR/Admin instead of working for improving felicities and work environment, comes up with silly ideas like paid parking inside office, paid bus service (which was free earlier) - Food (lunch) is in your CTC whether you eat it or not. Quality of lunch served constantly degrading. - They give you package equivalent to experience/grade in service based companies and to make it even worst they don't have any onsite policy and near to zero onsite opportunities. - Very limited (negligible) onsite opportunities. - There is an undeclared bias for marathi subordinates by marathi managers in giving (very limited) onsite opportunities. This happens by exploiting the non existence of any company policy for onsite aspirants. If I keep on thinking and listing, this list can grow pretty fat.
