      This is good to work not more than 6 months for people who want hike in salaries

      Cons

      1).Too much politics at middle and senior mgmt 2).Appraisal system is biased 3).Senior mgmt. gets wrong advise from buttering project managers who are good for nothing 4).HR takes interest in following wrong practices and politics to implicate employees who do not favour them in recruiting people 5).Persistent started 20 years back and it is far behind than similar companies like CTS which started at the same time
