      Pros

      - Good and open work culture. - Wide range of technologies with which you get to work with. - Good pay compared to similar sized companies. - Excellent learing ground for freshers. - Employee friendly policies.

      Cons

      - Lack of MNC work culture, you only hear Marathi all around you. Even in the team meetings :( - No vision in higher management for future. They are confused where they want to go: Product or services. - Very less on-site opportunities.

      Non transparent people related processes, too much of burn out of the junior staff, mid management not so careful about the teams.
