Good for freshers and people who want a good salary rise but only for short term of 6 months
Cons
1).Sr.Project Mangers sticking for long play cheap politics for survival They do not allow new people who join at senior level to grow unless they join their group 2).Center head is dependent on such sr.PMs who misguide him and this shows his weakness which is not good for persistent hyderabad in future. 3).HR-Manager comes from admin background and does not know how to retain employees. Plays politics along with some sr.PM associated with him 4).Persistent hyderabad center expects fast results without showing patience and they lack vision. Not a good work environment for mid level and senior guys to work for long term. The expect 200% of output though you put your 100%.
