      Amazing projects in almost every domain. You can learn as much as you can with various technologies on board. Cultural mix and light enviornment to work with. Thorughly enjoyed my work there.

      Higher management is sometimes partial and can block your growth if you are on mercy of bad manager.

      Get nice projects to work on, many opportunities to learn new things and work on many different technologies. Ability to expand horizons, choose between tech and management ladders

      Cons

      Management not up to mark. No clear vision for future of the company. No clear communication that is given all the way down to each employee. Also, not investment in employees.
