      some time you might end up in a project where duration is not that long term and so you might not like it.

      Good food Good location in Pune Flexible work environment fine for freshers to work Few very helpfull people

      Cons

      1) below average people. They hire anyone if they have project ready for billing. 2) Lot of politics at different levels 3) favourism for related people 4) Policies not transparent 5) Not focused on quality product developement. 6) Technical architect are not compititive.

      Pros

      Good salary structure as compaired to similar companies. Good working environment. Very hapenning place in terms of cultural and fun events also. Excellent opportunities to work on cutting edge technologies.

      Cons

      Salaries may be upgraded to retain performing peoples, since we don't have much onsite here.
