      Good amount of work and responsibilities even at the early stages of the career. Good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Not enough growth. No opportunities for someone planning to work for a longer period of time. The financial growth is not based on the employee performance.

      1. Good at a fresher level. 2. Free food - with was later added into you gross salary as company expense. 3. Flexible working time. 4. Have worked for more than 3 years and a great experience. 5. Options available if one needs to change technology or domain.

      Cons

      1. Appraisal cycle is not transparent. 2. Very less growth. 3. Lots of partiality, managers give preferences to favourite employees though they don't do well in projects. 4. Not so good technical support. 5. No onsite opportunities. Only in some projects and again depends on you manager likings. Keep good terms with your manager and you will be benefited for sure. 6. Only reason for leaving this company is bad appraisals.
