Lots of Curricular activities but very poor managment

1. Lots of extra curricular activities 2. They have many development projects unlike other Indian MNC who do maintenance stuff.

Cons

1. Company strategy - Hire in a lot and fire in a lot. 2. No personal space if you are in wrong project. Most of the projects are in fire fighting situation, 3. Human Resources may put you in any technology - for them Java and JavaScript are same.
