- Very good for a starter as you'll get a chance to learn new things and work on notch skills - Personal recognition - Transparency in policies, regular policy awareness sessions and easy to reach HR - Food (Lunch and Snacks) specially in Pune center is very delicious and FREE!

Cons

- Less frequent Onsite, it depends on project you are working in.

Flexible Timing, Good Food, Fun Events & Team Events are conducted. In free time can play Table Tennis or Carom. Gym & training rooms are Excellent.

Cons

Management is not listing to any body. Can't expect promotions & increment until unless your manager has good relation with you.
