Exposure to High-Scale Environments: Through Persistent we get the opportunity to work at a clients like Intuit which provides experience with modern tech stacks and complex financial systems that you might not get on smaller projects. Stability: Persistent Systems offers the stability of full-time employment (benefits, 401k) while allowing you to work in a "big tech" atmosphere. Also has an abundance of projects and work for all skill sets. Growth: Being in a Lead role through Persistent means you have more autonomy to drive technical decisions for the client team.

Cons

Dual Reporting: Navigating the culture of both the parent company and the client can sometimes feel like having two different jobs.
