      The tech people are quite talented and knowledgeable that helps you grow as a techie

      Cons

      The managers are not good at least in my experience. Specially if they come from a management background. They lack the understanding of tech and will question your work without any knowledge and decide timelines on there own even after repetitively saying that it will hamper the product. There's a lot of politics and even tech leads have to be involved in it. The appreciation will not be based on your work but on how much of a "Yes Man" you're. If you oppose they will show they understand but they will take it out on you later on. Politics ruins a lot of talented people in the company.
