good work culture.good learning and training given.you can be the key player in certain opportunities and decision making.

Cons

no promotions and recognitions. No expected salary increments. No benefits like annual bonus.when it comes to cos cutting,HR can go to any level to save the money.

Pros

If you are out of college its a great company to start with. You get good exposure to number of things which would take more time in big companies

Cons

they should increase the compensation they provide and the promotion and bonus process is not transparent. Its an outsourced product development company so you wont get to work on real projects
