Pros

1. Good 4 star office environment 2. Transport , Gym , Lunch , Snacks, tea coffee , training , games the whole package worth 50K + free of cost 3. Very caring senior project managers 4. No tension of work as pm helps you out. 5. Freedom to work from any location if required 6. Very good food 7. Allows to change projects 8. Product dev exp eg MS, IBM , Yahoo etc may be different projects than typical database projects

Cons

1. Low payscale, 2.5 for fresher , 4.5 for 2 years + 2. No recognition of freelance work exp 3. No much onsites 4. Strict rules for hours
