very poor company culture, no socializing between workers, management likes to yell at employees for no reason, high turnover, most people quit or get fired after a few weeks because there isnt much training, either given nothing to do and fired for doing nothing or given too much to do and fired for not being able to do it all, management doesnt know how to treat employees or run a company, very little vacation time

Zero company culture you won’t get to fraternize. Poor communication between teams, an example would be all development is done out of the country in Taiwan this can lead to confusion. High employee turn over due to the nature of recent college grads. Small office not a lot of people. Management has a tend to micro manage. Not a stellar training program.
