Pros
The company provides competitive pay and great benefits. Travel around the United States only a few different times a year for some positions.Accepts greenhorns fresh out of college giving them a chance to learn. Wonderful software that helps people achieve a Nobel goal. Gym in building is free.
Cons
Zero company culture you won’t get to fraternize. Poor communication between teams, an example would be all development is done out of the country in Taiwan this can lead to confusion. High employee turn over due to the nature of recent college grads. Small office not a lot of people. Management has a tend to micro manage. Not a stellar training program.
