1. The HR team! Personalis' HR team is truly amazing! They are hands-down the most efficient HR teams I've ever seen. I received all my interview feedbacks within few hours in the same day and then the next step for my interview was clearly organized and set! I truly appreciate the professionalism this HR team has, they save candidates a lot of time and really shows how this company value and respect talents. Their HR team cooperates quite very on each steps along the process, and the way they show candidates what's the prospect of the company is truly impressive, it makes you very motivated and want to join the forces immediately to become a part of something great. 2. The people Personalis has some really talented and smart people! Many of them are experienced experts and field leaders, which makes it a real pleasure to work with.

Pros

No pros, unless you care about money but even then you can make more money elsewhere.

Cons

Terrible management, management needs training on how to communicate with employees and start listening more. Will be left to drown with no help and will later criticize the effort put into the ticket. This company only cares about tickets being pushed out and nothing else. Technology here is outdated and ancient. If you want to bore yourself and be stagnant in growth then by all means join this company.
