-Salary is competitive - Free Snacks -Motivated team members -Team is very inclusive and will welcome you -Learning new skills, processes, and SOPs ideal for new graduates to get in the industry

Cons

Management of this company is very very bias. You can tell who is favored and who isn't. Teams that are not favored, management will openly talk to each other of how horrible a job certain teams are doing. Extremely unprofessional. Management will demean you if you make a mistake and discourage you. They'll only notice if you, if your data does not yield their expected results. Hire-ups keep saying the company is moving forward, but revenue has not been met last couple of quarters.

Thank you for your comments, we appreciate the feedback. If you are willing, please contact your HR Business Partner so they dig into your concerns in more detail. The HRBP assignments were recently shared via email and are available on the intranet. It should also be noted we recently started a management training program for all managers to help improve their skills.
