Everyday is a new day, which is great to learn new ways of working and making an impact. I've been with Personalis for over 5 years, having built systems from ground up, and helping the business scale while hiring and retaining top talents. The day-to-day work will include in identifying a challenge or opportunity, brainstorming, designing, collaborating, defining system boundaries and building software that works 24/7. This opportunity can be seized and realized from entry level to executive levels. The company is willing to listen to everyone's opinion and consider it day in and out. The senior executives are willing to acknowledge the challenges, work towards a positive outcome, provide time to coach and setup teams to be highly productive. The company has been transitioning from a startup to an enterprise, and is expanding rapidly to have multinational presence. While some of them may see this as a challenge, I see that as an opportunity to make a huge difference. Anyone who has an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset with customer focus as core attitude, will find Personalis as a place to rock you and elate your career.
