Strong leadership with a grand vision and the ability to execute on it. The flexibility of working from home. Great work-life balance. The company is still aggressively hiring during COVID which shows the health of the company. The software team innovates on a periodic basis and put the latest cutting-edge technologies which help to learn and grow the career. Get an opportunity to work with smart folks.

Cons

Benefits could be better, but I feel that the management is working on making it better every year.
