Pros
There was a really fun atmosphere. I worked mostly from home, but I actually enjoyed visiting the office, and we did a lot of corresponding by Skype that was carefree and encouraging. Lots of parties and fun events to maintain morale.
Cons
All the morale-maintaining was very necessary: the job was basically an assembly line sweatshop for kids (read, college students) who would jump at the chance for writing jobs. In theory, this job is great for students, but for anyone else, it's too much work for not enough pay.
