      Pros

      A company that focuses on the well being of their employees and has a lot of engagement and csr activities. Provides numerous on line and instructor led trainings. Practices work life integration.

      Cons

      The company has been around for almost 32 years and they have improved over the years. No opportunities for improvement.

      Pros

      Company Outing, (ERG) Employee Relations Group monthly activities, the country head (Vice President), fixed schedule, weekends off, and amazing people to work with.

      Cons

      Personiv is no longer the best company that I have worked with so far. Over the course of 1 year, a lot has changed the incredible people that I used to work with resigned due to the (new )supervisors unapproachable behavior, favoritism, micromanagement, and politics. The company vice president is still good at trying to make the company a better place. There are no training still at this point. The process is still not established and we just recently created the mission and vision.
