It's a simple job where as long as you're doing what you're supposed to do, you will not be bothered too much.

Cons

The new owners do not understand how PetCareRx's system works at the moment and currently ask for things that seem reasonable to them but are completely unreasonable to us. They've also made our health insurance less affordable than it already was. Lastly, there's no room for growth. This was a con before PetMeds took over. The only way to move up is if someone else in a higher position leaves.

PetCareRx has lazy leadership and a poorly managed workplace. The managers here don't seem to care about the company anymore. They only care about the profit the company gets, but they don't care anymore about keeping the workplace clean and the work conditions safe. Avoid this company.
