Pros

PetPartners has grown and changed a lot of the years that I have worked here. The current management is really focused on having a fun culture that will allow employees to enjoy coming to work but still be productive. It's a small company and the salaries paid are more than what is paid in other Pet insurance companies, they focus on taking care of their employees and are really flexible because they want employees to have a good work life balance. They are also extremely generous with paid time off, holidays and other benefits.

Cons

Would be nice to see more job growth opportunities, they are there, but since its a small company it doesn't happen as quickly as you would like.

Extremely disorganized company.

Pros

They will buy you pizza and beer for lunch in the office! Besides that I cannot think of another pro.

Cons

There is basically no upper management. If you respectfully disagree with one of the managers, he will throw a hissy fit. He over promises and rarely ever delivers. Extremely cheap company; furniture and technologies are minimum of 10 years old. The company pays nowhere near the starting salaries for comparable positions at other companies. Nobody here has any drive or motivation. This is not a company you want to work for if you are looking to advance your career in any way.
