pets and customer relationships are great.
Cons
this company is mentally exhausting and will break you down. if you are anything other than a "yes man" you will not grow with the company, the management will treat you like crap. they will retaliate against you if you report them to hr. the company is all favoritism and politics. they don't look nor respect you as a person and only look at you as a number.
