An okay in store discount.

Cons

Management will always dangle a carrot on a stick in front of you to make you work extra hard and compete with others to upsell things. Very rarely are you rewarded with anything for doing well. Some managers are reluctant to help out when it is extra busy and would rather stand around and watch the circus.
