      Pros

      You have to like animals you get to see a lot, but you have to be able to work hard and fast. They want everything clearned before customers come in. I always fest customer should see us taking care of the animals. They did give 2 weeks vacation and they paid hourly associates weekly

      Cons

      Hours as a store manager you never got a lunch break and you always worked past your shift. From the middle of november to the end of december you will work 6 to 7 days straight and you won't be compinsated for your hours.

      Pros

      You get to be around great customers and if you like animal...this is the place. You get a 20% discount on all products.

      Cons

      As a manager you do not have the ability to manage the way you need to. You must do "EVERYTHING" the Petsmart way. Their way is thought up in a bubble away from the real world. They give you no hours to do all the extra things they pass down from corp.
