      They truly believe in their mission and values as a pet company. You can learn as much as you can as long as you are proactive. You will find stability in the company, as long as you deliver and show value

      Very talented people Dedicated and committed co-workers Nice company to learn and grow

      sometimes there's too much pressure from other team members work is not split equally, so some team members have to work extra hours, while others have very little to do. It seems upper management always get the credit for new features the went well, dev effort is almost never recognized
