Full time is myth and you won't get more than 30 hrs a week because they don't want to pay for benefits.
No upward movement and hard workers aren't valued. They don't care as long as you show up.
Raises and training are none existent.
Got a genuine complaint? Out of luck because they don't care.
They really just don't care about anything else besides there money.
There are a few decent stores but most are like this. Store management is usually unprofessional towards their employees and customers. I've seen loyal customers be lost due to this behavior.
HR is nonexistent and their "open door" policy is worthless. If there is a complaint about store management, it's not taken seriously and the fear of retribution is real because there is a lack of privacy.
