Pros
The work from my point of view was easy but then again I have good common sense and a engineering background so catching on was super easy. Leads and Staff are supporting and helpful if your serious about the job they will value you more.
Cons
Work is repetitive but then again that is what you signed up for.

Pros
Decent benefits and my checks always cleared. They will employ individuals who have recently immigrated to the country, legally or not.
Cons
Almost everyone working there is illegal immigrants! The company frequently shuts down with very little notice and always for less than a full week so you cannot file for unemployment. Management is either related or good friends so favoritism trumps any sort of experience or adept skill set. Supervisors will literally follow you into the bathroom and tell you to go back to your line. I'll stop here before this becomes a rant about everything wrong with this company. I honestly couldn't recommend this place to anyone with the exception of immigration control.
