      The next generation of Finance is upgrading and expanding the department. Super time to be a part of a positive change!

      Pros

      Easy access to management and they will actually listen, not just hear you. Pay is a little better than what the average market trends are, but I haven't been here long enough to see how long it is to get a raise or if it will keep pace with other employers. Overall this is the best company I've thrown in with in many years!

      Cons

      Their is a lot of red tape as far as getting things done.
