      Pros

      Control of your area of responsibility. Progressive Management Solid Leadership from the Owner, Andreas Pfannenberg

      Cons

      Cramped plant environment that could lead to potential safety issues if not addressed. ie. pinch points, emergency egress etc.

      Pros

      I recently joined Pfannenberg, Inc. and am excited to see the growth the company is experiencing. There will be plenty of opportunity to branch out with the company in many different ways. The people are friendly and willing to help, and the orientation process is excellent. Not only do you meet with most of the department managers within the first few days to understand what their role is, but you get a history of the company, products and the philosophy on the first day, which helps you easily align to the vision of the firm. It's a Global company, headquartered in Germany, yet somehow has a family feel to it.

      Cons

      With growth, comes growing pains. Some managers do things differently than others. This is easily remedied by putting additional processes in place to keep things consistent - which I know they are working on at this time.

      Easy. The work was not challenging. At all. So incredibly boring.

      Cons

      VP management. Had/have no clue what they're doing. Employees sadly bitter and angry. Hostile place to work. Management are astonishingly inexperienced.
