      - Colleagues are very friendly and helpful. - The work load is fair and you learn lots of accounting. - The finance director and controller are professional and friendly! (Something that's hard to find nowadays in other companies) - Responsible for other Middle East countries. - Job rotation within the department.

      Cons

      It's hard to get a promotion in the finance department. Very limited hierarchy.
