I would like to say the work atmosphere is really nice. You will face different tasks everyday and you do learn a lot from these missions.
Cons
It depends on the whole pharma industry. Since some blockbusters have lost the patent, it is more challenge in competing with others and secure the lead position for Pfizer now.
