      Pros

      Great platform, top-notch practices and ststems. Above average pay, great hours.

      Cons

      The program is undervalued, during rotation, you will always feel like an “outsider” as you soon to be rotated to the next role. The bureaucracy is crazy in Shanghai office, serious hierarchy problem.
