Terrible, favorable & hostile culture. Never really part of the team, everyone is un-trustful. Always lying since interview to the actual projects. Everyone in management/below has their favorites everywhere. Noone local/someone liked is held accountable. Keywords in there. Because of this the plant is full of problems. Who you know... NOT what you know/what experience you have/etc. Matter HERE. Most departments I got to see had these issues in low-high degree because of this. It’s a club. High turnover & always rumors of layoffs kept staff on edge. Culture/vibe/people are unshakeable. Just leave. Your just “The Help” here. Don’t ever forget.
