Pfizer is a very innovative company in terms of its research. There are amazing projects to work on.

Cons

I found that I would have to work overtime without receiving pay. The company has mishandled several situations within the workplace. They retain terrible people simply because they are a great scientist. I am not sure the company truly cares about diversity and inclusion
