Flexible work arrangements, good benefits and compensation package. There are many oppotunities since the company is so large. Frequent communications from senior management.
Cons
Performance is not necessarily rewarded. Focus is more on bottom line than ethical way of working. Management does not really know what is going on at lower levels.
