      Pros

      Great health benefits, vacation time, and maternity leave/ paternity leave. Growth opportunities within company, 401k match and annual bolus added. Also, a great product to promote.

      Cons

      Bonus structure isn’t as luxurious as it seems, operations doesn’t run as smoothly as you’d expect, and salaries are on the lower end for what other companies are offering.
