I’m speaking directly about pfizer connect. -out of control nepotism from upper management. -gaslighting from upper management that good numbers play a role in your next steps within the company is always horrible and disappointing , wake up the next morning to see someone was promoted based on nepotism and favoritism with poor metrics. Once or twice is a coincidence but 8-10 isn’t. Top reps are leaving the company. -unrealistic expectations. they basically want to work you hard every-week and know exactly what your doing when your doing it each step of the way. Zero regard for anyone’s emotional or mental health during the process. Treat you like a soulless robot. -high school environment. immature people.
