Pros

Bought Seagen and made a lot of shareholders rich.

Cons

Nothing but negatives since the acquisition of Seagen. Worse benefits across the board. Less PTO, retirement contributions, no equity grants, more expensive health insurance. Lack of fundamental understanding of Seagen's ADCs, leading to layoffs and compromise of research to fight cancer Less budget and no backfilling people who quit Same timelines without consideration of the workload of employees or reduction in staff. Everyone is salary and no overtime. Laid off everyone at the Everett Launchpad location immediately.

Pros

Overall good location with good people. Lots of hard workers just trying to do well.

Cons

Management is losing sight of feasible goals. So much push for profit that they don't acknowledge healthy workload. They are also taking away some of the benefits that made work enjoyable (i.e winter shutdown)
