      Good salaries and benefits, top-notch science and scientists, a place to learn and grow if you have the drive.

      Cons

      Operates like a government, too much process and paperwork. Inefficient. This impedes innovation. Impersonal. Some departments not diverse at all, especially executive teams. Few female role models in R&D.
