      Learn a ton Great teammates and management Good workplace environment (on campus events, free snacks/coffee, open concept office space, friendly and knowledgeable coworkers) Respectful and technically knowledgeable managers Lots of career opportunities and heavy focus on training. Lots of vertical/diagonal career advancement opportunities for those who put in the effort. Emphasis on work/life balance and congratulating/recognizing folks for hard work and accomplishments

      Cons

      Some corporate bureaucracy (expected at basically any company this size) Increasing "ask" for people to return to office, even in jobs that work on regional/global teams where meetings are all online anyway (however still asking for a hybrid model, 2-3 days a week) Pay is on the lower side, for most jobs that aren't management roles they basically only hire fully entry level individuals
