      Good to have the status as one of the largest global pharma companies, ambitious, direct culture. Many different opportunities in different functions, different desirable locations.

      Cons

      Challenging culture at times-- hard-charging, but at times too short-term, not sufficiently long-term strategic. Too much groupthink at upper levels.
