Pros
- Amazing colleagues - Manager in Taiwan is a star. A special short out to Jospeh. He has been a great mentor.
Cons
- No work life balance. Working till 11pm is a daily affair - Management never listen to your needs. You are pretty much on your own. - You will not be compensate on the amount of add on duties which can add up to 50% more load. Good work is rewarded with more work. - The longer you are there, the higher chance for you to receive a package when there is a restructuring which happens every 2 to 3 years. There are staffs with the company for over 20 years. They are let go in a heart beat.
