      Pros

      Great colleagues who are fun to work with and make day to day business fun. Managers are hit and miss. Some are fantastic and are enjoyable to work for, others are the complete opposite.

      Cons

      Managers are all talk and no action. There is a lot of talk and online development for your career however at the end of the day, career progression is at the discretion of your manager, who may veto any development or promotion based on what is best for them. Another issue is staff satisfaction. With recent changes to the business including widespread cost cutting measures, staff are very dissatisfied with Pfizer and how difficult and unenjoyable the job has become.

      The saying in Pfizer is that the only thing constant is change, and it is true. There is always a fear of losing your job because of those changes.

      Life-Work balance Very Good Salary Many opportunities to develop a careers BUT ONLY if you are part of the main business.

      Cons

      In small countries or region you can be in the same positions for years and years... If you are friend of the Hiring Manager then exists a strong opportunity to grow up, but not necesarily because your work is good. Most of the People in HR is not good at all. HR prefers a lot female than males.
