      Pros

      Much technical expertise, opportunities to learn and grow, resources (albeit not necessarily enough $ to fund adequately all projects), great benefits.

      Cons

      Even though science and innovation are desired, decisions from some senior managers do not appear to be sufficiently science-driven; despite the recent reorganization in smaller business units, scale and complexity remain to be harnessed towards better productivity.

      Pros

      Job satisfaction, and pride in what you do. You can truly help both patients and providers if you plan your work and take it seriously.

      Cons

      Remember, you are simply a number when it comes to downsizing. I realize that this is cliche, and you've heard it all before, but you can win all the awards that are available, but don't be surprised when this isn't taken into account when big decisions come out.

      Pros

      - Expectations of your work and responsibilities are very clear from the very beginning. - Managers trust and respect your abilities but expect high quality work of you. They do not micro manage and total independence is given for you to complete the assigned tasks. - Work life balance is promised and well delivered. Female employees, especially working mothers are given the flexibility to job share, flexible working hours, as well as optional day-off during the week (for example, work 10 hours from Monday to Thursday and take Friday off). Also, they are given the options to work from home, which is a bonus!

      Cons

      - The company's always changing (mergers and acquistion), so job security is a question here.
