Pros

Great company doing amazing work in the world. No matter what department you work in, you're helping to bring life saving medicines to market helping millions of people. You really are gaining a true sense of worth. Everyday work aligns with company mission. Great community and great coworkers. Supportive and safe environment. Work cross functionally with lots of different teams, meeting lots of great people. Good work life balance.

Cons

Massive company where you can really get lost. Hard to earn promotions and big payouts among the sea of people. Tough corporate environment where bad management can lead to constant fear of being reprimanded. Strict processes and timelines, leave little room for flexibility and creativity. Compensation is decent but not super high because of the size of the company.
