Benefits are great. Culture is variable. Pay is average

Pros

The benefits are incredible. Parental leave is some of the best for US big companies as is 401k.

Cons

The culture can really drag. Budgets are constantly cut, layoffs and reorgs happen all the time (job always feels in danger). Due to benefits, pay is not great compared to other healthcare companies. Development and growth as well as promotions are not emphasized

Cons

Big company with lots of layers of management, different business units and reporting structures. Can be hard to manage.
