Good Culture but No Work / Life Balance

Pros

Great Pay and Benefits. Positive, Inclusive, Culture. (Note this is a very "liberal" culture. If you are "conservative" you will not like it.)

Cons

Work Life Balance has gotten worse over the years. 80+ hour weeks. (~ 100 Hours weeks when things get busy.)
