Wonderful atmosphere, tight knit group of people to work alongside, tons of opportunities to grow and move within the company, plenty of new projects always coming through

Work/life balance is almost non existent, management teams very hands off which leads to confusion when looking for direction, low priority on training new hires, scheduling could be better
